Ten years in the making
2016
Founded in Hyderabad
caratRED was founded with a vision to build software products for hospitality — starting small and staying close to the properties we served.
The first enterprise deployments taught us what hotels really need from technology: reliability first, simplicity always.
2020
EzyInvoicing launches
We introduced EzyInvoicing to simplify compliance and invoicing for hospitality businesses — the foundation of what is now ezySuite.
2024
600 properties and counting
We crossed 600 hospitality customers and deepened partnerships with leading hospitality technology providers, as our platforms grew across compliance, reconciliation and process digitisation.
2025
Went global — launched in Malaysia
caratRED Technologies Sdn. Bhd. opened in Malaysia, supporting the country’s national e-Invoicing initiative — our first market beyond India, and the start of going global.
2026
Coming to the UAE — and AI-first
We’re expanding into the UAE ahead of its e-invoicing mandate, and rolling out our AI platforms — Aura for guest intelligence and ArgentQ for security.
